We stayed two nights. The room is tight but functional except for a few issues. First the shower is poorly designed and maintained. The first flaw is the glass door stops don't work causing the glass to crash into the metal stop, chipping the glass and releasing glass shards. The second major flaw is locating the body wash on the center of the wall at shoulder height. This puts it in direct conflict with your arms and elbows when washing. Three corners are available for mounting the body wash and would provide more room for washing. The final flaw is the location of the lights which reflect on the TV if trying to watch from bed unless all the lights are off. Beyond those issues, the staff was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the bar was open. I probably would not stay here again.

Hotel offering excellent value for money and very well located, close to public transport and within walking distance of the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, perfectly suitable for one person. Good breakfast and very attentive and friendly staff. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

Great location and very clean hotel. Just be mindful that the rooms are quite small, especially if you are sharing with friends. A special shout out to Simona, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were able to leave our bags on both the first and last day due to our flight times, and she made the whole process so easy. She was so kind, answered all our questions, and truly made us feel welcome. Simona went above and beyond her job, and we are so grateful for her help.

Clean, nice and comfortable. The rooms are small but very nicely designed with a lot of drawers etc to put your stuff. Definitely worth the price. Btw the staff were super helpful.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Premier Hub in Haymarket. After a few teething issues when I arrived outwith anyone's control. Staff members Jordan and Stefania were indeed extremely helpful in finding me, a nice clean on suite room at short notice. I found all the facilities to be well maintained and clean and the wider access accessibility entery. All in all it made my stay in Edinburgh all the more enjoyable. The aforementioned staff are a credit to the Premier Hub organisation

Great location and the hotel is quiet and clean, with a more sociable dining area. Exceptional front of house care from Stefania, Eileen, Jordan and Marley who were always attentive and helpful, making it a real haven. Thank you very much!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here over Halloween weekend! The room was cleverly compact and very comfortable. We were so impressed with the staff’s friendly and warm hospitality, they were incredibly accommodating to requests and queries and helped us to store our luggage before our train. A special mention to Marley who went the extra mile and always had a bright smile throughout the duration of our stay. What a great hub!

Great experience, I got everything I would expect from a hub. Main thing for me is that it was quite. The room was clean and modern, the bedding fresh. The shower was also clean, no mold and the water pressure was just right. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Continental breakfast only but with good variety to choose from. They offer the baggage storage before the check-in and after the check-out, which is very helpful. The door to the rooms is locked and the lift can only be used with a key card. As a solo traveller I felt safe and welcomed.
